Our method

In our practice, accessible and personal contact with you is paramount

You choose how you want to contact us. You can request a callback or video consultation at a time that suits you. You can schedule these appointments online via contact. Here you can also create an e-consultation, for example to send a photo. You can also request repeat prescriptions, view your medical file and schedule an appointment during consultation hours. If you are unable to come to the practice, we will of course come to you.

You can also schedule a callback by telephone. Call us on 023-8080000 and choose option 2. Then choose the time at which you want us to call you back. In case of emergency you can always contact us directly, then choose option 1. You will receive us directly on the telephone within office hours. Outside office hours you will hear the number of the Spoedpost Haarlem.

Due to our way of working, we hardly have any waiting times, we handle cases immediately and we have more time than usual for a consultation. Together we choose the care that suits you.

Flex Doctors working method

Our practice is affiliated with Flexdokters. A cooperative of general practices. This offers a number of advantages for patient and GP, where the relationship between GP and patient always comes first.

In a Flexdokters practice, patients have direct contact with their GP. Great, because this way you only have to tell your story once. Your question can often be answered immediately. Doesn’t that work? Then you make a follow-up appointment at the practice with your GP. Handy, because this means you don’t have to come to the practice for every question.

We ask you to schedule appointments yourself. Because we work by appointment only, there are hardly any waiting times and you will usually find a quiet waiting room. This ensures a lot of peace and quiet in the practice and during your consultation with the doctor. Pleasant for you and for the doctor.

Arrange yourself

You can arrange many things yourself online on this website. To help you as best as possible, we have clearly presented the most important information below.

  • If you want to make an appointment with your GP, you can do so online. This can be done at any time of the day and week. So you no longer have to wait on the phone or at the counter.
  • You can also easily ask a question or send a photo via the website. Useful for non-urgent questions or if you want to send a photo of, for example, a spot on your skin.
  • Request a repeat prescription, view your medical file or results? You no longer have to call the practice for this. You can arrange all this via the website in the portal.

Method of regular check-ups

We work with Viduet

Some patients need regular check-ups. This applies, for example, to people with diabetes or asthma, or those taking medications that require annual blood tests. We ensure that these check-ups take place on time and are well prepared. The practice does this in collaboration with the company Viduet.

If this applies to you, Viduet will send you e-mail messages on behalf of the practice. This message may be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. If the appointment also requires additional testing, such as blood tests, you will receive this invitation via the usual route. Patients who don’t have an email address will continue to receive a personal invitation.
