If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do this by calling the practice number (023-8080000) where you choose option 3. You can leave a spoken message here. Clearly state your name, date of birth and day and time of the appointment.

Are you unable to order your medication via the portal? Then make a telephone appointment.

At our practice you have direct contact with your GP. Together we will determine whether it makes sense for you to come to the practice or whether it is not necessary.
