Make an appointment

  • How do I cancel an appointment?

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do this by calling the practice number (023-8080000) where you choose option 3. You can leave a spoken message here. Clearly state your name, date of birth and day and time of the appointment.

  • Do I need to make an appointment with the doctor?

If you are in doubt, we recommend that you first look at moetiknaardedokter.nl. The information on this site has been prepared by general practitioners. So here you will find reliable information and advice.

  • How can I make an appointment?

You can easily make a telephone appointment via the website. You choose the moment that suits you best. The practice will contact you at the chosen time.

  • How do I make an appointment at the practice?

At our practice you have direct contact with your GP. Together we will determine whether it makes sense for you to come to the practice or whether it is not necessary. Handy, because this means you don't always have to come to the practice. If it is desirable for you to come to the practice, the GP will immediately schedule a follow-up consultation with you.

Health

  • How do I submit urine to the practice?

If you think you have a bladder infection, you can have your urine checked at the practice. Send us an e-mail consultation with your complaints and bring the urine. We prefer to receive the urine in the morning between 8 and 10 am. Always keep the urine in the refrigerator at home until you take it away. Place the jar with your name, date of birth and the moment you collected the urine in the drawer of the cupboard next to our entrance in the hall. Immediately after handing in, leave a message via option 3 of our telephone selection menu to let us know that you have placed the urine here. Once we have checked the urine, we will contact you to let you know the results. Visit thuisarts.nl for more information about bladder infections.

  • I am pregnant: what should I do?

Please send us a message or make a call back appointment to let us know that you are pregnant. Furthermore we would like to advise you to contact a midwifery practice. We work together with midwifery practice De Verbinding: https://www.verloskundigenpraktijkdeverbinding.nl. They also have consultation hours at our practice. During pregnancy it is of course important that you eat healthy, do not drink alcohol and do not smoke. Start with folic acid and vitamin D. You can read detailed advice on the following website: https://www.thuisarts.nl/zwanger/ik-ben-zwanger-belangrijke-adviezen

  • Why am I getting an email from Viduet?

For patients who need regular check-ups, we have entered into a partnership with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is well prepared. They will send you e-mail messages on behalf of our practice. Such a message may be, for example, an invitation to schedule an appointment with us. We appreciate it if you respond to such a request.

Portal

  • How do I request my repeat medication if I do not have a portal?

Are you unable to order your medication via the portal? Then make a telephone appointment.
