We are happy to offer you good care and clear communication. We would like to learn from your experience with De Haarlem Huisdokters. This way we can improve our services and meet your wishes even better. We would like to receive your feedback if you are satisfied, but certainly also if you think things could be improved.
Despite our good intentions and efforts, you may be dissatisfied. In this case, we would like to have a personal conversation to clarify the problem and find a solution. This usually resolves many uncertainties.
