Thank you for your interest in registering! We will be notified as soon as you have registered via the website. We will then register you within a few days or you will be put on the waiting list. When the registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email (also keep an eye on your spam box!). From that moment on we are your doctor. Then do not forget to unsubscribe from your old GP so that we can receive your medical file.

The practice is currently closed for the registration of new patients. Only family members of already registered patients can register if they live at the same address. In that case please send us an email via info@dehaarlemsehuisdokters.nl. We advise all others looking to register at a GP practice to contact their health insurance (department ‘care mediation’).
Practical Information
All consultations by patients with Dutch insurance are invoiced directly to the insurer. You can find the rates on the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the Nza.
